Natura Resort and Spa Ubud

Loved the location and setting of the property, feels like you’re in the middle of the jungle. Very nice infinity pool and the most friendly and attentive staff.

The villas need a little bit of refresh.

Nothing Everything was perfect We loved seeing the wildlife, be aware that it is a jungle location so you may be lucky enough to have a friendly gecko in your area! For us a bonus

Everything. The resort was built along the steep side of the ridge above the river. It was in a natural forest environment and access was via a timber/board walk. The peaceful surroundings, the swimming pool and our villa were instagramable! The host guest relations staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort provided a free shuttle service to the center of Ubud 3 times a day which was quite handy.

Nothing except for an event that was not under the resort's control. There was a noisy celebration at the nearby village on our first night. The music was very loud but the resort staff were not informed by the community. They were apologetic even though it was not their fault.

Great location, 10 minutes from Ubud by car. Nice staff, good (7/10) breakfast.
