Villa Sindu Ubud

A beautiful place to spend time. The villas are spacious and comfortable. The gardens are just lovely, with a very nice pool. Having the whole place to ourselves just feels so luxurious. Nuriah is a perfect host.

It is a little piece of paradise. All the staff are very attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay. The villa is stunning and it is in a good location.

Nothing

The breakfast was freshly prepared every day and there were lots of options to choose from. Staff at the villa were friendly and helpful, offering to organise and buy anything we needed. They even took my hubbie on the back of their motorbike to get cash when needed. Plus one day my daughter got food poisoning from a restaurant in Ubud and the next morning they delivered a fresh, new coconut to help settle her stomach. The pool water was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Air con was needed and this worked well in all the villas. The gardens were beautiful and I loved watching all the birds and lizards in the trees.

The actual villa is great, but the area is not pleasant for a number of reasons. There was a terrible smell that came and went throughout the day and night, making poolside relaxing unpleasant. I suspect was broken sewers somewhere nearby, pls there are many locals with roosters who are noisy day and night, which make it hard to sleep. It was hard to believe rural Ubud was noisier than downtown Seminyak. Also, I had hoped to be able to walk to places from the villa but the roads and traffic made this impossible. We walked to the padel courts one day and it was not safe, even our host suggested we should get a grab taxi. Taxis to Ubud were cheap but some days it took over 30 mins to get even 2km. None of this has anything to do with the villa - which was lovely - but these are important factors about the location that I wish I knew before booking.

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist super. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Der Gastgeber super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Der Hauskeeper ist sehr sehr nett und lustig. Auch er erfüllte uns jeden Wunsch. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir das ganze unbeschreiblich schöne Areal für uns alleine hatten. Sollten wir wieder hierher kommen dann auf jeden Fall in diese Unterkunft. Ubud ist von hier aus sehr gut erreichbar. Wir sind den Weg mehr als zwei mal u Fuß gelaufen. Auf dem Weg ins Zentrum gibt es sehr viel zu sehen, wenn man die schönen Gassen schlendert, es ist auf jeden Fall schöner als mit dem Auto. Perfektní ubytování s tím nejmilejším Ngurahem. Byl neuvěřitelně ochotný, vymýšlel nám programy (chtěli jsme se totiž vyhnout turistickým atrakcím a zažít pravé Bali. Takže nám ukázal okolí a jeden den jsme vařili indonéská jídla). V neposlední řadě se z něj stal i přítel, se kterým se krásně povídalo. Dělá výbornou kávu i čaj. Oceňuji i možnost praní prádla zdarma. Ještě jednou moc děkujeme. Především panu Ngurahovi 🙏🏻
