Villa Niyamas Ubud

Bellissima villa, atmosfera a tema balinese, soggiorno open space e 3 camere da letto con 3 bagni con doccia, abbastanza vicino anche a piedi dal centro si ubud

musica del locale di fronte anche se verso sera smetteva, acqua della piscina un pochino fredda

Nous avons passé un séjour globalement très agréable dans cette villa. L'équipe est sérieuse et professionnelle. Les petits-déjeuners étaient bons, conformes à la description. La villa est très propre et bien entretenue, ce qui est très appréciable. Sa localisation est un atout, malgré quelques bémols (le bruit/musique lié au clubs environnants). C'est un bel endroit, idéal pour explorer les environs.

struttura stupenda tipica costruzione balinese molto pulita e immersa nel verde , staff super simpatico e disponibile. bellissimi i bagni esterni e la camera che affaccia sulla foresta

purtroppo la struttura è molto vicina ad un club e dalla casa si sente tutto il giorno la musica che rovina un po’ l’esperienza , servirebbe un po’ di pulizia solo nella piscina

Petit déjeuner cher et pas super Trop cher pour la prestation : beau mais pas tout confort Équipement sanitaire bas de gamme (jet faible de douche, ...), plusieurs ampoules grillées (miroirs salle de bain, piscine ne s'éclaire pas, ...) Environnement bruyant, avec un club Med juste en face Loin du centre à pied, mais déplacement en voiture compliqué car la ville est toujours saturée de bouchons !

The staff were so attentive and answered any messages immediately. They were so kind and we felt very safe in the villa. We loved all the plants and greenery surrounding the property and the pool felt very clean. The rooms felt clean and the staff coordinated with us to come in and clean when we were out. The location is great as it isn’t too close to the loud busy streets but close enough to walk to shopping stores.

The property and facilities are beautiful! Even though you feel like you’re in a secluded oasis, you’re only a short walk to Ubud centre, and we managed with 3 kids. There is a pool bar across the forest and the music plays in the afternoon/night but we weren’t bothered.

This property is the most gorgeous little gem. Close to cafes, k mart and circle k, market and main rd was about 10 min walk. My only issue was the rocks infront of the toilet in the separate little villa. As beautiful as the bathroom was it was a little challenging walking on the loose pebbles, especially over night.
