Good location, great bed, private. Overall good

There was a hole somewhere in the room, so I regularly saw caterpillars, geckos and cockroaches running around. I'm not too bothered by that sort of thing but had to remember my flip flops whenever walking around the room. The shower also leaked at the bottom.

Away from the main stream traffic.

The elephants staying upstairs.

If the toilet, bed sheet and towels can be slightly cleaner, that would be good.

Updated clean modem unit with AC that worked well. Jeff was a very responsive and helpful host. Would recommend and would stay at again

A bit far from the town especially if you don't have a scooter

The swimming pool needs to be taken care of: we cleaned it most days. It had a lot of chlorine but that doesn’t solve everything Generally the property needs a bit of TLC (tender love and care), we had the impression that it had better days
