"Great location, clean & comfortable"

The host was laid back & really friendly! There’s a nice pool upstairs that I couldn’t enjoy due to an injury, although it looked very tempting. Location is great.

I’m not a big fan of bugs, but it goes without saying that it is expected when you’re on the ground floor in Thailand.

"Far from everything . Budget of taxis was more than 1000 baths a day"

"Had a great time at Baan. Don’t expect luxury, but it has everything you need. I would stay again"

Felt homely, like a holiday house, rather than a lifeless sterile apartment. Full kitchen. Good AC and ceiling fans in every room. Comfortable living area with good couches and TV. Pretty quiet. Nice patio with ocean view. Nice pool and adjacent communal rooftop lounge.

Felt a bit dated, needs some minor care, renovation and a decor update and it would be great. Beds and pillows were too soft for me, but that’s personal preference. Bedding was a bit worn.
