In studio 7 Ac and plumbing odor will probably get you sick from the throat like i was immediately the 2nd day, huge spiders, mosquitos and geckos all over inside the room, furniture a bit old and repaired, hot water in the shower only last for 3 to 5 minutes, location Is far from main roads so you'll need a motorcycle, cleaning is every 3 days, no reception and hard to find someone around to check you in so you need to call the number on the billboard outside. I'm not a picky guy but this is not definitely worth the value.

In need of some general maintenance

We stayed in villa 6 & stayed for 4 nights. We were greeted by the owner, who handed us the keys and showed us around. They were so friendly and helpful throughout the stay & even had a super friendly and placid dog who we saw from time to time, very cute! The room was a great size, with the dressing room/desk area a welcome addition, which enabled us to store our luggage. The pool area was our favourite and we enjoyed sitting up here for the sunset/to relax in the evenings. 10-15 minute walk to the main high street including 7 eleven, and the beach. You MUST visit the beach if you come here - its stunning!! Ahead of booking, we read that as this is roadside it can be a little noisy, but honestly this did not bother us at all during our stay :)

Not an issue, just an FYI - This is not a hotel with daily turn down and replenishment of tea and coffee, so please be mindful of this & ensure you stock up if needed. You do have everything you need - plates, cutlery, kettle, fridge etc :)

The Villa was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
