"Superb"

Good value budget accommodation. Large and clean room. Shared kitchen and lounge area upstairs was nice. The family that run the accomodation were friendly and helpful.

No hot water with a non ac room. A little noisy - the neighbours seemed to play quite loud music/TV from the morning throughout the day. Lots of ants in the bathroom.

"Exceptional"

Clean room, high quality of towels and bedshits, kind and very hospitable owners. Also they have comfortable lounge where we had a tea every evening and had talk about our expressions of Sri-Lanka with our friends. Next time we definitely stay at Orange House, we love this place.

Location, lovely staff

No hot water in shower, no free washing machine, no free drinking water, room is too small, no comfortable parking for bikes

"Superb place to stay close to the beach"

We spent 3 nights here. The accomodation is next to the more quiet part of the beach. Our room was clean, with hair drier, soap, AC, power plugs next to the bed. The place has a rooftop, where you can chill, and listen to the sound of the ocean. The hosts were awesome, kind people ready to help in anything. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.
