You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to submit a copy of government photo ID upon check-in and carry the original for verification. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Staff were lovely. Extremely helpful and friendly - Alaman, Janjir, Tariq and the chef (whose name I don't have) made me very welcome. The food was great and the location was wonderful. Very peaceful.

Everything was fine. I was very comfortable. The property was more run down than I expected and was expensive for the standard. The booking/payment/confirmation system is very complicated. I received repeated requests for payment even after I'd paid which was aggravating.

"Great quiet getaway with amazing staff."

Everything. Nice and clean. Nice and quiet. Peaceful. Staff were above brilliant. All the food was freshly cooked and and abundance.

Can’t really think of anything. The only thing maybe is provide mosquito nets for the beds. That’s not a fault with the property. It’s just a remote area and it does have mosquitoes. They provide insect repellents so that is good.

"Good for one day trip"

Location was good. Clean. Staff was nice too.

Food can be better. Plus toilets need improvement. Location is too far from Mumbai and roads are not good. Nothing to do at the property. Plus nothing much around.

"Unprofessional"

Worst property ever Will never recommend. Plus the customer service staff was rude and did nothing. I was asked to pay for the electricity. Isn’t that funny. Despite of me cancelling the property no confirmation was given and no refund is processed yet
