le dialogue avec Jessica qui a répondu a toutes nos demandes, maison propre et agréable, assez de vaisselle pour 4 car d'habitude il manque toujours quelque chose ,chambres au premier étages comprenant 2 salles de bain assez grandes et propre ,serviettes de plage mise a disposition ainsi que papier de toilettes assez pour les 6 jours que nous avons passé ce qui est rarissime car d'habitude il en manque, piscine nettoyer tout les jours ! le plus lave linge et sèche linge !!restaurant a proximité, ainsi que +++ magasins pour achat souvenir .....on recommande cette villa

En general todo excelente y repetiría sin dudarlo. Es la primera vez que en Booking las fotos reflejan realmente lo que es el alojamiento. Todo es tal cual se ve. Ademas hay agua y algunas cosas básicas a disposición.

Por poner alguna pega, la ubicación un poco a desmano por lo que el coche obligatorio y que la lavadora no funcionaba, aunque se ofrecieron y nos lavaron la ropa

The property was gorgeous and Jessica couldn’t have been more helpful. She was a great help especially when organising taxis to get around Tulum.

The property is a little bit of a walk from the centre and to get to the beach you would need a taxi.

We had a great stay. The villa was clean and beautiful! The host was really helpful.

The only small point to improve would be the water pressure in the main bathroom shower, which was very low and made it difficult to shower properly.

Apartment is very charming. Rooms are great, living room/open kitchen set up is great too. Swimming pool is very cool!

Low i. kitchen utensils. Not enough pots. Hard to cook. Would be great a grill/barbecue. Faucets were almost clogged. Very little water coming out from almost all faucets in the house. We complained about the kitchen one and they came and made it much better. No dishwasher. Overall maintenance of the installations were poor.

Villa was amazing, looks just like the pictures and service was great.
