Resort facilities were great!

Villa was quite dirty. Finger marks on TV and cupboards, rubbish left in cupboard, rug seemed quite dirty, food and scuff marks everywhere, and the BBQ was filthy. Also, no dishwashing liquid to wash up pans etc, everything had to go in the dishwasher. The first night, another group of people staying in a villa were quite noisy, kept going until the early hours of the morning. Expected more considering how much we paid. Very disappointing.

I wasn’t told that we have breakfast included!!!

Cleaning of the property very poor !! ALOTS OF ANTS around all the property we couldn’t even open our bags as we were worried the ants will get into the bags, We also didn’t use on of the rooms as they were too many ants also the covering sheets were dirty !! Also couple snakes were wondering around the house ! Also the Household supplies were expired since 10/2022 !! Tea box, And the spices Italian also expired 6/11/2022 !! So disappointed with it, The whole place was just dirty and filthy! The BBQ ALSO IS VERY FILTHY and DIRTY and rusty too !! We didn’t even use it !! The chairs up in balcony were dirty and very old so is the table !!

Great location . Lovely pool very close by . Comfortable couch and beds . Plenty of space . Good laundry facilities

Just some feedback for house keeping ….Missing kitchen sink plug and no washing up brush . So had to put most things through dishwasher . It would be good to have bath mats for the showers please …to step on after showering.
