Villa required a freshen up Kitchen tap loose Cleanliness very very poor, dirty sheets, floors not vacuumed or moped, benches and shelves dusty and greasy, linen of very poor quality especially bath towels

booking .com stayed ages of children and stayed we would get single beds for the children this info was not sent to the agent therefore my daughter who is the mother of the four children shared a bed with one child. we requested extra linen as one child slept on couch in lounge I paid a fortune of money for three nights and was most disappointed that The request suggested to me through booking . com was ignored

Great resort and location, we've stayed at Magenta Shores before and it's always a nice destination. Not too far from Sydney, but access to the gorgeous natural beaches and bush (plus golf!) are great.

No communication before our arrival that one of the pools - the one right out the back of the unit - was under construction. I know the other wasn't far, but the point was renting one with direct access to the pool. Also our pool key didn't work, when I asked the owner how to fix it, he only replied that 'it worked last week' without any further guidance. Thankfully the front desk was able to help, but I did not appreciate the lack of communication. The place was mostly clean, but it was clear there was no vacuuming done before our stay, the carpets were dirty. Also there was sand all over one of the comforters. The A/C was left on 15 degrees, so when we arrived it was FREEZING. Obviously easy enough to adjust but took some time to warm up. Then the A/C turned itself back on to 15 degrees at 5am in the morning. Brrr.

The location was excellent! Close access to the beach and main resort. We had a great time and our host were very helpful and responded promptly to questions. Would definitely come back again.
