Magenta Shores 3 Bedroom Villa

Everything. We love staying in the Villas at Magenta Shores. My adult family is able to stay in the one Villa. There is plenty of room And we do t feel like we are on top of each other.

Thera is nothing I don’t like. If I had to mention something it would be the detail cleanliness of the main bathroom and the small and limited towels, bath mats.

The property was clean, great location right next to the lagoon style pool and had everything we needed

The pool was out the back door, could play tennis or walk to the beach. Can’t swim there though, still pretty awesome

Sat out the back to have lunch and the magpies wanted to eat our lunch as well 😂

Breakfast was good

Bbq wasn't cleaned and smelled like rotten eggs, was un usable

Location on the beach is fantastic. Pool area is beautiful.

Cleaners could have done a better job at preparing villa.

The cleanliness of the property and the surroundings, pool, restaurant, day spa etc. The communication from booking to checkin and checkout was very good

This is our second stay at Magenta and we enjoy all the facilities and location! We especially love the buffet breakfast and our dinner was perfect to celebrate my Hubby's 50th birthday!

Villa has not been cleaned properly for our arrival. There was hair in the sink, benches were not wiped down properly, it has not been vacuumed and food in the fridge. Given we had payed $1200 for 2 nights, I was not expecting to clean to 30 mins on my arrival so we could feel comfortable. Host did reply to my message and seemed shocked by this but nothing could be done to assist. As we were packing our car on Sunday at 9am, the host offered for us to stay the rest of the day, but to be honest that is a bit too late as we had already made plans.
