Location

Toilette in master bathroom was not flushing properly and ants in the kitchen.

The location was great and the the room was really nice and clean. Pool area was really nice and the property looks to be well maintained.

The only thing was the hot water in the shower. It seems like the instantaneous water heater in the shower is a bit small for it's use. That was the only minor drawback.

Nice neighborhood and cute welcome basket of goodies. Very friendly and helpful staff. The beds had recently been replaced and was accidentally put together wrong and broke as soon as my son sat on it. The maintenance man was there within 15 minutes fixing it even though it was after his normal working hours. Pool and landscaping are beautiful. Location felt very safe.

An air conditioning unit in the living area would be nice and there were ants in the kitchen if you weren't super careful about crumbs and closing packages (but this is Costa Rica so bugs are pretty much unavoidable).

I loved the facilities. Beautiful pool. Location was great.

The gate to the property is operated via an app, it was very difficult to connect the app in the beginning and you needed to have wifi to make it work when you returned, the owners were v responsive when we needed help with it but I think they should review how they manage access.
