Location was perfect- close to stores and restaurants but tucked away in lovely grounds. So many gorgeous birds and Howler Monkeys. Unit had lots of windows and had a light, airy feel

Gate kept breaking but they let us know about the problem and were fixing it. Wish they had a longer couch to chill out on.

Great pool and close enough to everything.

Road didn't feel safe to walk on to local restaurants.

It was beautifully surrounded by nature. We loved seeing all different types of birds and animals right outside of our villa.

Lovely clean villa and great pool area

We stayed in a 2BR unit that was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. It was really helpful to have both bath and pool towels, and to have basic toiletries and paper goods. The knives in the kitchen seemed brand new! We loved the pool area and the little paths around the property. We would recommend this property to anyone traveling, and would stay here again if we returned to La Fortuna.

I wish the water in the shower got a little warmer. Because our unit was closest to the road, sometimes we'd get some road noise in the early AM. These were minor problems and we loved our stay.

This is cute little house not too far from La Fortuna had plenty of space for us. The pool and garden area was a great place to relax. We loved sitting out on the patio in the morning and watching the different types of birds. The staff service was very accommodating to our needs.

Great location right beside the pond. Saw many different birds that we didn't even get to see on our Mistical Hanging Bridges tour or our 2.5 hour hike at Mirador El Silencio. Iguana's too!

No hot water in Bathroom sink or Kitchen sink.

Property and gardens are beautiful, gated off street parking is appreciated, pool was beautiful and clean, house layout was nice. After receiving initial entry codes, access was smooth.

Two items -- 1.) Some bedroom linens had mildew, a result of not running AC and no-moving-air when the residence is not occupied. Recommend that either AC is not left off completely when unoccupied; or, an air filter be added to each bedroom. Linens should likely be changed prior to guest arrival. 2.) Initial property entry was challenging attempting to rely on email and cell-phone conversation. Pass codes were not emailed completely, relied on evening phone call to enter property.

The place was perfect for 7 people. The location was wonderful and the pool was very relaxing.
