It's just at a height so transport can be challenging but the team offers cab service. Good to hire a bike for easy commute

We had a wonderful stay at Phandara Luxury Villas and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway with breathtaking sea views. The biggest advantage of this place is the stunning panoramic ocean views. The villa is located on a hillside, allowing guests to enjoy spectacular scenery from sunrise to sunset. Waking up to such views every morning was truly unforgettable. Another highlight is the exceptional hospitality of the staff, which was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. A special thank you to Oum, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The team is always ready to fulfill any guest request with a smile. The villa itself is beautifully designed with a stylish and modern interior. Everything was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a large refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, and microwave. We also appreciated that the refrigerator was stocked with a variety of drinks at very reasonable prices, almost the same as at 7-Eleven stores. Every morning, delicious fresh pastries were delivered directly to our door, which was a wonderful touch and made our mornings even more enjoyable. But the pastries are so good that you may find yourself eating more than you planned — and that could easily lead to a few extra vacation kilos! The villa is thoughtfully equipped with mosquito repellent products, making evenings comfortable despite the tropical surroundings

Super tolle Villa, ein traumhafter Blick und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir haben unser Nackenkissen in der Villa vergessen und es wurde uns ohne zusatz Kosten zur nächsten Insel geschickt. Jeden morgen wurde der Kühlschrank mit Milch, Wasser und Saft gefüllt. Gratis gab es auch eine Auswahl von Gebäck.

Wir waren in der Villa 1. Die Aussicht war überragend, mit dem großen Swimmingpool und die Aussicht zum Meer. Die Villa war groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Das offene Badezimmer war auch ein Traum, nur sollte man unbedingt einen Mückenspray griffbereit haben. Dieses gibt es aber kostenlos in der Villa, wie viele andere Sachen auch, wie zb. Bademantel, Strandtücher, Strandtasche, Zahnbürsten...

Man ist in 5Min mit dem Roller im Zentrum von Koh Tao, nur ist die Straße dort hin ziemlich steil. Man muss gut Roller fahren können. Ansonsten kann man auch zu jeder Zeit das gratis Shuttle von der Villa mieten, der einen überall hinfährt. Eine Stunde davor muss man bescheid geben

Large villa perfect for four adults. Two air conditioned rooms,sparkling clean just above Sairee beach, in the jungle. The view is absolutely stunning and the sunsets breathtaking. The villa has modern decoration with attention to the slightest detail. Everything you would possibly need is there . Great pool accessible directly from the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with huge fridge and well stocked mini bar at reasonable prices.Wine fridge stocked with quality wines. We were picked up from the pier. Upon check in a huge bowl with tropical fruits waited for us in the villa. Complimentary shuttle around the island tree times daily. 8am to 9pm. Fresh pastries every morning. Justyna and Greg -the owners - are always there to help,incredibly helpful,attentive with great recommendations. Communication by WhatsApp in real time. We cannot recommend the Phandara villas highly enough. Thank you Justina and Greg for this unforgettable experience. One last advice . Book in advance. Most the time villas are fully booked.

There is nothing negative in this villa. Everything is exceptional.
