Especially big thanks to Katin who was incredible and helped with everything from restaurant reservations to ferry tickets but also making sure fridges were kept full every day!! As with most exceptional experiences; words and pictures simply don’t do it justice. You need to see for yourself. Phandara is one of those experiences. Justyna & Greg are phenomenal hosts, and go above and beyond in every way. We stayed in Villa Saam, and couldn’t have been happier. The views are unreal, the plunge pool is the perfect temperature for long dip, and the interior of the villa is modern designed and incredibly equipped - including very comfortable beds. I could go on and on about the villa itself, but would be remiss to not emphasize the level of client service that Justyna provides. Coordination from the moment you step on the island to the moment you leave. We only had 2 nights (but could have stayed 2 weeks), and thanks to Justyna’s recommendations and contacts we left seeing quite a bit of the island including viewpoints, snorkeling, and great restaurants. Phandara’s driver, Mr So, is prompt and courteous and made getting to and from main areas so easy. Could ramble more, but will end with this; thank you so much Justyna & Greg for creating such a wonderful place. It is truly unique. You made our honeymoon very special. Hope you visit you again before too long.

Phandara is absolutely extraordinary!! We stayed for a week in January and from booking to check out, everything was seamless. We felt so welcomed when we arrived. Everything was so organised and ran like a well oiled machine. We chose pastries every night that were delivered fresh every morning -a lovely touch. The cleaners were the best we’ve ever had. They don’t such an amazing job. Justine & the other lady (I don’t think we ever got your name, sorry!) were so so so professional & their communication was first class. The service these guys provide is exceptional. On my birthday, they organised a delicious slice of cake and were in communication with my boyfriend about when to surprise me with it, which was when I was in the pool 😂 it made my day. We felt so welcomed and never wanted to leave. The villa, itself is gorgeous. I don’t think that any photos I’ve seen online do it justice. Absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to come back. Have told all of my friends and family and everyone wants to go! Definitely the best place to stay on the island and I’ve been going to Koh Tao on and off since 2016.

Everything. The villa was everything we had hoped for and more. The views over the island were spectacular, you could see the sunset each evening from the pool which was magical. The whole villa was spotless and the little touches added throughout did not go missed. The location of the villa was perfect for us with a scooter, only 6 mins from Sairee beach and located in the hills off the main road. Peaceful place to relax away from any crowds. Last of all the service was 10/10, the most friendly host and staff who arranged everything for us that we needed! We will be back next year :)
