Surya Melasti Exclusive Beach Villa by Sajiwa

This was good value at the discount we got for 7 nights. Property is older but nice, the private pool was excellent! You do need your own transportation or use Grab etc, we rented a motor scooter to get around. Melasti and Pandawa beaches are nice and we were here for a wedding so it was very convenient for us. We did have to eat out or order in. Overall we were happy with the stay.

The place was under maintenance and none if the shown services was available.

Really well kept single villas with a beautiful bed (super comfy). It was quiet and relaxed however clearly not very busy so it lacked atmosphere. The booking said there was a restaurant but on arrival this was clearly under renovation. We were told breakfast would be brought to our rooms and we got to pick each evening before. However, it was delivered in takeaway packaging without cutlery therefore ordered from nearby. I would recommend just getting your own breakfast when going out- although it is quite far from shops/restaurants.

The reception was very helpful and accommodating.

There is a need to travel for food. No problem when you have a scooter. There are lots of choice and places all with in 5 minute scooter ride. We found a great coffee shop and amazing kababs.

No restaurant facilities and minimal staff. Ordered breakfast which was being picked up from staff from outside. Asked for 8am got it at 9am and was cold

Poor staff numbers, room and all facilities looked rundown/tired
