The whole place was very clean and maintained very well by Sra. Soelia. The location was perfect and walkable for me almost every day. It's also a very quiet and safe area, and security is present around the entrance and the park every day.

The room was a little small for me, but at that price (in the location) I couldn't ask for too much. There is plenty of space around the villa, and there's a nice little park directly next to the villa where I would get morning sunlight and stretch.
