Villa Habarana

Great location if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the jungle and do a safari or go to the ancient city. Host was lovely and replied to messages very quickly. You are in the middle of the jungle and is the only room at the accommodation. The outside shower is amazing, very powerful and hot.

Bed is a little firm but that’s just down to preference.

Nice and clean. Simple room with en suite shower room which was open to the sky. Good air con - with fan if you prefer that. Breakfast was good but high light was the two dinners we had. Lovely home cooked Sri Lankan food by Dilani - enough to feed 5! Super helpful and lovely.

WiFi wasn’t great. It rained a lot while we were there and it made property seem a bit gloomy at times. Needs some more comfortable chairs for reading/lounging.

This is a wonderful place in the jungle. It’s new with the qualities of a 5 star hotel but the price of a budget accommodation. Breakfast is exceptionally good with various Sri Lankan food, omelette, fresh fruits, butter, jam etc. all served in high quality. Even the best cutlery I have seen in my several visits to Sri Lanka. You can use the pool from the nearby hotel which is also a great addition to your comfort. The hosts are welcoming and very kind. I will be coming back to this place and bring my clients for sure. Look no further and book it!

The villa itself was truly unique, set in a great location. Our host, Dilani, was exceptionally kind and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She helped us plan our daily activities with great care and even prepared the most incredible homemade dinner for us each evening. Breakfast was equally delightful, and the pristine surroundings added to the charm of our stay. To top it off, our tuk-tuk driver, Sarath, was not only skilled but also had a warm, friendly smile that made our journeys enjoyable. This place is a 10/10! Everything was perfect

There is nothing to be like there.

Everything. Had a worst experience. Meals was horrible, served us fried rice not properly cooking and we could not eat and have to stay hungry. not clean and clear room, not value for money. Not provide water bottle to the room even on our request and have to request one by one even to switch on AC. Not properly prepared beds and again we have to request bed sheets. Pool was just added chemicals for the cleaning but they did not informed us and when we use the pool we feel itching on our skin.

Such a delicious breakfast, Clean, tidy and very calm place. staff is very friendly and excellent service. Location is very naturistic place.

Exceptional stay amidst the beautiful nature surrounded. Comfy, star-rated rooms, beautiful, clean open-air bathroom and lovely hosts. Meals were homemade and incredibly delicious. Easy access from the main-road. Overall a lovely peaceful stay. ❤️❤️ I would recommend again and again.

Great new accommodation run by a family. Hosts were exceptionally helpful. They organised our day trips, driver and tuk. The food made by the amazing Dilani was the best we have had in Sri Lanka by far. Don't bother eating elsewhere! Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom is huge with enclosed outdoor shower. Nothing is to much trouble, you just have to ask. We loved our stay here.

WiFi is a bit hit and miss. Didn't effect us though as we had mobile data.
