"Bali Holiday Heaven"

You will be wowed when you walk into this gorgeous villa! It's what Bali holiday dreams are made of! The pool and gardens are immaculate and the kids loved feeding the fish who swim around beneath your feet. Gede is quiet but helpful too. The house is well kitted out to cater for travellers, we were thankful for all the charger adapters. We recommend Villa Kipas to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.

As others have mentioned the traffic noise is pretty loud at night due to being located near a sharp corner and everyone beeping as they approach. The location is good but taxis / cars find it difficult to park directly in front (as it's crazy busy) so we simply walked 100m down the narrow road (to Bali Asri) each time we needed to meet a driver.

"Superb"

Villa was exactly as described,well set up and throughout we had great communication and response from the host and staff. We had a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants along the beach.

Was minor maintenance issue which was responded to by our host very quickly and again fantastic communication and attention to our comfort

"Fabulous!"

A fabulous villa located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping precinct. Breakfast was great with a selection of dishes to choose from. Hosts were second to none in providing us with local information and making our stay comfortable. Would definitely return!

5 stars is not enough stars for this Villa! Right from the start - the communication from Neil to the amazing staff it is absolutely outstanding. Perfect location less than a 5 minute walk to beach and a 5 minute walk to town.
