Villa Kipas

We were met at the property and given fresh fruit and drinks and a tour of the property, keys etc. The accommodation was even better than it looks in its photos online. Beautiful living and kitchen area downstairs with bedrooms and ensuites upstairs. Outside area stunning with plenty of seating and lounges around the pool. Gorgeous and beautifully kept. Gede was so lovely and helpful and made our requested breakfast every morning. Location was fantastic - short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, shops and cafe's around.

Cannot think of anything we didn't like.

A beautiful, spacious, well-appointed villa; the private pool and overall guest setup was excellent; breakfast every morning was made fresh by the lovely Gede (and a good variety on the menu). Location was right in the heart of Seminyak, so close to everything. And Neil was very accomodating for a late checkout, which were so appreciative. We will be back!

The villa is located on a corner of two streets, so there's a bit of car and motorcycle honking, but that didn't bother us. The bedroom fans are a bit noisy and need upgrading. And no Netflix on the TV (despite having a set top box connected to Wifi). But all these are very minor gripes - everything was just perfect.

The breakfast was lovely and well prepared. The accomodation was very clean. Gede was very friendly and nothing was too much. The grounds and pool were always clean and tidy. A short walk to the beach was great and only 10 or so minutes walk into Eat Street and also similar distance to another street with food options, gelato and supermarkets. About 20 minutes walk to Bingtang Supermarket.

The internet was intermittently interrupted.

Spectacular property in excellent location to Seminyak and Legion, basically a 5 min stroll to Legion along the beach or 10 mins stroll or 3 min ride to Seminyak Staff amazing, beautifully presented, breakfast cooked daily to your liking, staff have been there for many years so very accommodating. Very easy access to Grab as they continually run past the front door Grounds are immaculate and the photos are as per reality. Highly recommended.

Gede was the best host ever - he made our stay the best it could possibly be and I would come back to Villa Kipas because he made it so great.

Beautiful large villa in a quiet area of Seminyak, and very close to the beach. Perfect for families. Private and secure. Gorgeous gardens and pool area. The staff were very friendly and catered to our very need. The breakfast was tasty and they offered a wide variety.
