Lovely facilities. Great breakfast. Exceptionally attentive and contactable staff. Great location to the beach and a very kind greeting and explanation of the property upon arrival. Nothing was a problem.

It was a little noisy being on a corner Of two small laneways but that shouldn’t put anyone off.

Location was excellent, staff were great. Pool and villa itself was very nice.

The smell from the bathroom in the first bedroom upstairs was not good, when the tap or shower was turned in there was a smell of sewerage.

Excellent host (the best host we’ve ever interacted with so far !), helpful and wonderful staff, beautiful soulful villa, great location. Highly recommended, we will definitely will be back to villa kipas on our next bali seminyak vacation.

Breakfast each morning was fantastic. Gede provided us with multiple options, I felt bad for him when we each selected a different tasty item, but he still had them all on the table together warm and fresh. The Villa itself was immaculate and felt luxurious, anything and everything you need to have a relaxing holiday was there. Pool was tremendous and we spent many hours relaxing in and around the it. Location is great, 2 minute walk to Seminyak beach, 10 minute walk to Seminyak Square and many restaurants. From the moment of booking , super communication with Neil through to the time we arrived and had a welcome fruit cocktail waiting for us with Gede and for the support of Windi, all at Villa Kipas helped us with seamless and smooth booking that our family enjoyed throughly.

No major issues at all. Minor item was water pressure in one of the showers could be a little stronger.

The calm & the tranquility 🙌🏼 - The location was perfect 🤩 Gede made the most delicious breakfast’s in the villa daily & kindly rode up to the local coffee shop each morning to bring my morning latte ☕️ We loved our complimentary massage’s so much we had Sri back every day we stayed for more. We were also very grateful for the complimentary airport transfer the night of our red eye flight home.

Nothing - it was AMAZING 🤩
