Villa Kipas

The location is excellent. 2 min to the beach, 4 min to the 24/7 shop and 6-7 min to the restaurant street. Also, there is a good coffee shop about 2 min from the villa. The villa is very nice, big and private. The staff is extremely friendly and professional.

Spacious, private, gorgeous property. Had everything you need. Gede’s relaxed manner and delicious breakfasts were appreciated. Sri’s spa services were equally as good and again very relaxed. Management team were also lovely; very efficient, friendly and responsive. It all made the stay very relaxing and easy.

Breakfast was substantial with adequate choices and freshly cooked/prepared at a time that suited us. The size of the lounge/kitchen/dining area was great particularly for families

Quite noisy with the motorbikes coming around the corner and down the road where this villa is situated. It didn't help being the new year break as Seminyak was very busy.

The Host Gede and his team are what makes this Villa great.

Calm, quiet & clean plus proximity to Seminyak Beach

I liked the location, the staff, the breakfast which was perfect. The pool was well sheltered with plants and was refreshing to jump into. Also, the air con was great as it was a hot time of the year.
