Breakie was always good

We had an Airconditioning unit stuff up & leaked water throughout our room & through our luggage No Hot water for two days No Water at all due to burst pipe in roof Exit time on departure 12 pm big panic because other customers were arriving at 12 so basically from 10 pm we couldn’t use toilet or anything Then no compensation even charged to drop us off at next stay

The villa was very clean, the facilities were excellent. Gede and Sri looked after us very well. Our breakfasts were lovely. The location was excellent. A beautiful outdoor area. We had a great time.

The fittings were well worn, our bathroom basin was loose. Overall though, there was very little to complain about.

Gedde was a fabulous host and cook. Villa was beautiful and clean. Fantastic location.

All 4 of us loved everything about the property. The outdoor area and the pool were amazing. The staff were fantastic. The beds were comfy and the showers were lovely. The location was great. Restaurants, beach and shopping all nice and close The in villa massages were also a big hit!!

Staff were there on arrival to greet us Amazing villa with a beautiful outdoors and inside all air conditioned and always clean, comfy and inviting. Our cook/cleaner was incredible Short walk to beach with all the restaurants Pool was great and was maintained daily

The Villa Kipas management arranged for a car to collect us from the airport and take us directly to the villa where we were met with keys and an explanation of the facilities. We were also given a phone to contact them directly should we have any issues. The villa is large with a private pool and is in an excellent location. 50m from Seminyak Beach and a short walk to restaurants, shopping and Ku De Ta Beach Club. The villa also has two fish ponds (one with gold fish and one with huge fish) and we fed the fish daily which was lovely. Every morning breakfast was cooked fresh in our kitchen and we could choose from a menu of options. Two large bedrooms with ensuites, mozzie nets and aircon.

Everything was perfect. We spent some time relaxing by the pool (6 beds to choose from), had a daily swim, but were close to all the hustle and bustle of Seminyak as well.

A perfect blend of luxury and comfort . The private pool and beautifully landscaped garden enhance the serene atmosphere. Gudi (staff) was kind , courteous, always ready to assist with a smile.
