We stayed in the Swell. Was absolutely gorgeous. Kids loved it. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

There was very loud music from a close hotel that kept us awake until 3am. This was out of Villa Tokays control but something to consider.

Our stay at Tokay was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is aesthetically very beautiful and with great attention to detail. It is located in a quieter area of the island but just a 2-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the main street. Our “room” was extremely spacious and comfortable, including a private pool, a kitchen with an outdoor table (where breakfast was served) and a relaxation area with sofas and beanbags on the upper floor (for our exclusive use). The staff were extremely attentive and incredibly kind, always aware of our needs and available to help with any additional services or questions. The hotel uses a WhatsApp communication system, so you only need to send a message to request any type of service and you get a real-time response. We read some reviews about the hotel and honestly, we had absolutely nothing negative to mention. There is a spa service (which we used), bicycles available at any time for guests, and an excellent restaurant. Our days at Tokay were excellent. The ideal place to rest and relax in the middle of the island, without worries.

the villa itself is beautiful and comfortable and really exceptional, the restaurant and its staff is also really really good (except for breakfast, for some reason we found breakfast really disappointing which was strange since we also had lunch and dinner there and it was exceptional), the manager is also really kind the spa was also really nice and with kind staff

- we were told someone would pick us up from the boat but after more than 15 mins waiting we started walking on our own - we were not asked for feedback ever - breakfast was really not to our liking and few options, despite the lunch and dinner we had there being absolutely amazing - they send lots of automatic messages offering services even if we have already hired those services which I found lacks a lot of attention to detail - it was our honeymoon and all other hotels we stayed at (most cheaper than this one), gave us a nice arrangement and/or cake on arrival. We had only a card (which we appreciated of course) from Villa Tokay (no attention to detail)

Amazing hotel with the most friendliest of staff ! We had an amazing time and all our needs were met. Staff always asked if there was anything they could do for us!
