Bias Villa Seminyak

We were so frustrated with the condition of the villa. It was leaking when raining. There was filthy smell coming from the villa. One of the bedrooms had water sipping in it.we were so disappointed and we could not find another place to stay.aswe had already paid for this disgusting villa. Booking. Com should check these villa s before letting out to people. I felt that I have been cheated on this occasion. Staff were Allgood. This stay ruined our holiday. Thanks Prem Chandra

Villa had a filthy smell. Water sipping in one off the room. Door cant be locked in one of the room. Place looked dirty. Living room leaking during rain. Bad smell along the door entrance. Last day there was power cut and no water.

We recently stayed at a villa with a great location and a charming café at the front, serving delicious food. However, the villa itself unfortunately did not meet our expectations. Despite being advertised as a luxury property, it was far from it. *Property Condition – In Need of Urgent Maintenance:* The villa is quite old and urgently requires renovation. The listing on Booking.com is misleading, and the property falls short of the luxury it claims to offer. Many aspects of the villa were broken or poorly maintained, including faulty light fixtures, damaged power points, and visible holes in the walls and roofs. Several doors, including the main ones, were difficult to open and close, and many were either stuck or excessively heavy, which raised concerns about security. Additionally, there were significant water leaks in the living areas that need immediate attention. *Cleanliness:* The overall cleanliness was below standard. The pool water was dirty, and some of the pillows had an unpleasant odor. The sofa covers were in need of cleaning and, in some cases, replacement. *Staff and Service:* The staff were lovely and did their best to address the issues, but it was clear that they had no control over the property’s condition. Unfortunately, the owner’s lack of attention to these problems overshadowed their efforts. *Conclusion:* Overall, our experience was disappointing. Despite the villa’s prime location and potential, it fell short in terms of basic cleanliness and maintenance. For the price we paid, it certainly did not offer value, and we regret that the property did not meet even the most basic standards.

needs a little TLC. rainwater made its way through roof in certain areas, just drips indoors.

The Property was beautiful, kept in very clean condition. The host and cafe staff were amazing!

There were a few things missing, like an iron, but only minor.

The villa was spacious and tidy. The private pool was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The villa needed some maintenance. There was mould in the bathroom and holes in the walls. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was terrible.

Dirty pool, dirty linens, impolite staff. Staff threatened us to leave Villa when we spoke about the dust on the table and dirty covers on the Sofa. Poor service, rude staff, and expensively priced The front door gets stuck all the time, making it impossible to open and close Poor room service. Kitchen utensils rusted, and no dishwashing liquid. Overall, it was a compromise. We have stayed because we paid. And it was too late to cancel
