The location is perfect, with everything close by and only a short stroll to the the beachfront!

The facilities need an upgrade but the staff were lovely and they kept the property clean and tidy.

Great location and size villa. Great Cafe at the front of the villa, that does the best smoothie bowls.

A luxury villa this was NOT. The owners are not being truthful about advertising it as a luxury villa. It is very old and run down. It might have been luxury when it was built, but not anymore. The listing on booking.com is very misleading. Not clean or well maintained at all. It needs to be shut down and renovated. To start with, the front door wouldn't lock so a person had to come in and fix it, we had to change our plans and stay in because of security until it was fixed. So many things were broken and filthy. I made a complaint to the staff, they called in the owner, to come and talk to us, she didn't really care about all the issues and told us to sleep in a different bedroom. We felt sorry for the staff, they are lovely and tried hard to fix the issues. The owner, however, didn't care at all. She was so rude and arrogant. The bedroom we ended up staying in was worse than the initial one. One of the down lights in the ceiling didn't work and couldn't be turned off, so shone all night. The power points on the left side of the bed didnt work so neither did the lamp. There were holes in the wall that needed to be patched and painted. Outside as well, also peeling plaster and paint. There was a hole in the ceiling above the shower. That shower also had terrible mould and 2 racks coming off the wall. The safe in that room didn't work. None of the safes were bolted down, not ideal security. A lot of the towels are stained and need replacing (not just washing). The beside tables looked as though they hadn't been wiped down for a very long time, they had a layer of dust on them, including bugs. I couldn't deal with how gross it was so wiped them down. Attached are photos of the cloth after wiping them. Most of the windows had finger marks all over them, as did the fridge and wasn't clean on the inside either. In the upstairs bedroom, one of the bedside tables had 3 legs and was tilting forwards, leaving the doors open.

Location is excellent. The initial wow factor when you first walk in. The lounge/tv/Netflix area was excellent when having some downtime. The pool is large and very nice

Property needs major maintenance/repairs as it’s falling apart in every room. Property unclean and needs a deep thorough clean by proper cleaners. Large sliding doors are almost impossible to open and close. Linen/towels all stained or are no longer white. A Luxury villa doesn’t have these issues. Cleanliness: Dusty and dirty floors everywhere. Walking around barefoot we found our feet were filthy after a few minutes, we ended up having to wear slippers all the time. Most everything is stained and because of this looks unclean. All the linen were stained and not white/clean as you would expect from a luxury villa. Pillows were very dusty sd they may have been sitting unused for some time. There doesn’t seem to be dedicated staff that looks after/clean the villa, we suspect they use the restaurant staff to perform cleaning. Checking in: This was a little weird as there’s no reception desk, you have to access the villa through a restaurant. Walking your bags and family past people eating. You also walk down the long damp smelling corridor. You checkin in the villa on the dining table via restaurant staff. Maintenance: Property needs major maintenance/repairs as it’s falling apart in every room. Doors need fixing so they move easily. Property needs painting. Kitchen falling apart. Toilet seats need replacing. Downlights repaired. Shower tiles cleaned All linen and towels need replacing. Pool area needs cleaning and painting. Staff: Difficult to know who to contact about any issues relating to the villa other than the restaurant staff. Restaurant staff were very helpful and very friendly. There doesn’t seem to be dedicated staff that looks after/clean the villa, I suspect they used the restaurant staff to do this (they aren’t proper cleaners) Villa Configuration: It was ok, except the biggest bedroom was outside and upstairs. If raining you had to take an umbrella. Secret inside upstairs 4th bedroom.

Perfect location, staff were exceptional very friendly, they gave us our privacy but made sure we had everything we needed, 10/10 would recommend

One of the air cons was broken

I rarely review, but this villa is very good and well maintain. The service from villa staff is top notch. They have a nice cafe next to the villa so you can always drop in for a nice cafe with live singer at night, or just call the staff if you need any help with the villa. Overall very satisfy and very nice customer service here

Parking & cleaning ( dirty & dust in furniture )

Location was fabulous, booked it mainly for that reason. Villa was more than big enough for the extended family, lots of space for everyone. Nice big clean pool too. Host was super responsive as well and the staff in the cafe at the front were fantastic and friendly. Great having close access to coffee and gelato and a spa across the road for massages etc! You can also order breakfast/food/drinks from the cafe at the front and they will deliver it to the villa. A note for those with kids, 2 of the 4 rooms are accessed via the pool area (one via an outside staircase), they are not accessible within the villa itself.

Access to villa was a bit awkward, through a cafe walking past tables of people dining. The access path to the villa was also a bit dark and damp smelling. Some additional lighting here would be good. Bags also needed to be carried as path was uneven.
