Good for a family or group stay, staff are friendly and nice.

Need to be properly clean in certain area, attention to detail on the cleaning. Price is a little too high

We loved the way the villa was set up and where it was located. It was located behind a cafe which had delicious food and friendly staff. We had breakfast and lunch mostly at this cafe and they deliver to your villa too.

The villa needs a lot of maintenance. It has a lot of mould around and overall was dirty. The kitchen sink, the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms - our bathrooms were covered in ants and the bedrooms were dusty. One of our guests had stains all over her bed sheets. If it was maintained well and cleaned better this villa would definitely be an amazing place.

We hired the villa as 3 bedrooms. One room had really bad mould and were unable to sleep or use the room. Luckily we could use the other room inside (just had to share bathrooms attached to the other bedrooms). Other than the mould our stay was perfect!

Location was amazing - staff were beautiful and Villa was spacious and comfortable with a touch of glam

Some pooling issues when heavy rain

The location was very central to the beach clubs, restaurants and shops. The villa has a nice lay out and the pool was elite! Big love for the staff at Bias Villas!
