Great location with Staff there everyday to help with concerns.

Would suggest some comfort on the sun lounges as were not based on the pictures above. The safes were not bolted and we all had concerns with them "running down the lane". The rear door locks were a bit non-existent but suggests there are no real security concerns at these villas ? We all went green for a day or so because of the pool, would suggest more communication on this. The pool water level was a bit low and the above caused some concerns when leaving thru Bali customs..... we all had green tinges around our eyes and ears and looked a sight! The Villa had some great reading material, 5 stars on that eye to detail !

Good location from restaurants

As it was raining, all the towels are super smelly and they just change every 3 days. Very hidden, grab can’t find the villa. The cleanliness could be improved The swimming pool is green, not nice blue water. No good water flown On the showers.

Location was spot on, Arya was amazing! He kept the villa looking spotless every day and had great recommendations for local restaurants and places to see. Beds were comfortable, pool was clean and great place to relax.

One of the toilets wasn't working properly, but not an issue.

Pool was lovely and there was lots living space. Kitchen area also very nice. Villa was in a handy location, only a short walk to the beach. Were permitted to have early checkin which was very appreciated.

Toilet in Bedroom 1 didn't work properly feom the day we arrived, and Bedroom 3 also had toilet/plumbing issues on 1 day, so we had plumbers and workers in and out for most of the day and were unable to use bedroom which was annoying. No cushions were provided for the 2 pool lounges, which made them very uncomfortable to sit on.

Location was good! The manager was lovely. We were able to leave our luggage in the entertainment room for the day after check out which was lovely. Bed was comfortable. And the idea of the villa is nice it has so much potential to be something amazing.

The villa was very outdated. The pool didn't look inviting so we didn't swim it had a film like texture on the top. The bathroom (bathtub was pretty dirty) and the shower head was pointing at the wall so had to shower up against the wall and the bathroom smelt like cat urine.

Everything! Location was great, pool was amazing, living area was spacious, beds were extremely comfy and was extremely quiet. Everything was at reach - pools, bars, shops, eateries. Our just Arya was fantastic and organised all of our request.

Excellent location. Beautiful villa and lovely, responsive host.

The pool was green and we couldn’t swim in it for the first 3 days, we were advised the pool pump had broken. It was grubby and in desperate need of a deep clean.
