"Best Villa in Seminyak!"

Can’t speak highly enough of this amazing property. Just so great on many levels. Location was perfect and surprisingly quiet for how close to the action it is. Never heard anything in this amazing oasis. Ayra was amazing and the Hosts where so accommodating. See you next year!

"sunning stylish house"

This house is so stylish. Everything is stunning and the finish is exceptional. great location just beside the potato head beach club and loads of restaurants etc. its located Petitenget a really nice part of Seminyak.

the only reason I have not given this property a 10 is because every evening we could hear music from the local bars/beach clubs. it was a bit invasive to be honest - but I suppose this has to be balanced with how close the house was to everything.

The property was just stunning and all the amenities were great. wish I was able to stay longer.

the location does not come up on maps. Not a deal breaker but bit inconvenient when you try to book a cab.

"Best location on the most charming, stylish villa"

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. The Villa is beautifully appointed and has real charm. The best thing about this Villa is the location in Seminyak- it is located next to potato head, beach club and a couple of minutes walk from Mrs. Sippy. The beds are very comfortable on the Villa is immaculately clean.

There was nothing that we disliked. if we had to be very selected, we would say that the kitchen could do with a little refresh as could some of the tiles in the bathroom. The living room doesn’t have any air-conditioning and it does get hot
