Villa manager, Arya was exceptional and managed the villa as well as cleaned all the areas and garden daily

Arya, the house manager, was incredible. Extremely sweet and very helpful for anything we needed. We arrived quite late to the villa and Arya stayed until we arrived to welcome us and show us around. Prior to our arrival, Jordan and Arya arranged whatever groceries we needed stocked. The villa itself was nicely hidden with proper security at the entrance to the villa neighborhood so we felt very safe. It was gorgeous, with a contemporary design but hints of traditional Balinese. The individual rooms had great A/C and comfortable beds, along with luxurious bathroom facilities. Wifi worked well throughout the villa, even with six of us working at the same time. Overall we had a great stay with nothing negative to say. We will definitely be back and can't wait!

Failure to be informed of major villa renovations next door.Ghosted by owner on raising issues.Jack hammering ,grinders and noise 7 days a week. all-day. Wasn't even enjoyable to be anywhere at the villa. Pool tiles need major clean, super slimey. Villa could be cleaner. Villa is tired. Towels are very old and smell bad. Major ant problem. Had a rat in the ceiling vent that would pee onto rug. All notified to housekeeper. Who spend most of the day sat on a sofa hiding at rear of kitchen.Not with the money paid. Many in the area same price range much better quality stay. Avoid!
