"Great hillside villa with spectacular views."

The outside area was fantastic with great pool and terrace areas with beautiful views. Inside was clean and well equipped with air conditioning. Easy access to Skiathos town via bus or boat taxi and well situated for exploring the island.

Nothing - would definitely stay again Just a note that the villa is situated high on a hill and it is a 20 - 30 min walk to shop and beach. We rented a car locally which gave us great flexibility. A 4 wheel drive is best if going to explore widely as some of the rural roads are tracks.

This place is just like from out of our dreams. Best place I have stayed so far. It’s very privat, very nicely taken care of and decorated and very very clean. The owner is very kind and helped us out in any situation and with all our questions. I highly recommend if you want a nice quiet getaway. We loved our stay and would gladly return again. We just recommend getting a car or a quad as it’s a bit up the mountain for more comfort :)

"On very steep access road with many steps to room"

Fabulous view over the bay once you crawled onto seat.

Beds were hard. Hot tub and seating area was completely overlooked by all the other rooms/villas. Wall on seating area blocked view from room. Direct line of sight from owners front door into shower. Extremely noisy extractor fan in toilet. No shade in seating area in morning. No access to pools ( not for hot tub room but other villas. ) Signage to villas very poor and booking . Com Sat nav not correct. Road to villa extremely steep with 3 point turns required for intermediate car. No warning about how steep the road is. Many steps to room. Not easily accessible. ( 43 steps to carry cases up and down). Full rate charged for no show night, not 50% as stated on Booking.com in spite of prior warning. Expensive for what you get.
