Location

On arrival all the flooring outside and window ledges were covered in bird excrement. This Villa has no dishwasher or BBQ, which hindered the stay. In short for the money paid for 10 days you can get much better equipped Villas for that price.

The villa was very clean and comfortable. It has all the basics you might need on holiday and then some. The beds were comfy. Quite spacious, I'd say more than enough for family, although there were just two of us, so for us it was bigger than we could possibly need. It's situated in a nice and quiet area of Ayia Thekla, so you can have your peace and rest without the noise, but is still quite near the beautiful beaches of Ayia Napa and the town itself, if you use a car or public transport. Plus, the host was nice, accommodating and easy to communicate. We had a lovely time and would recommend it.

Villa was nice and clean, with all you need for self-catering. I knew the property was situated in a quiet area but there is a restaurant and a supermarket just on 2 mins walk.

Beds are good size, but the mattress it was too firm for us.

Easy to find, easy to check-in.

The strong smell of tobacco in the living room. Floors are not very clean.
