"Great, basic, quiet villa"

I stayed at villa 2 and loved it! I have stayed at villa 4 before which was also good. My daughter has autism so we need quiet, consistent and safe and this villa meets all 3. The pool is hardly over-looked so good privacy. It has a shallow and deep end which isn't slways the case in Cyprus. The villa itself is basic but very functional, with everything you need, including beach towels! I had a few questions during our stay and, using the Booking,com messaging, usually had an answer in minutes. Would highly recommend for families that want a quiet place to stay.

The air con unit in the smaller bedroom works but is a little noisy. The driveway is narrow and awkwsrd to navigate. If you want to use the driveway, reverse up it and hire a small car (we had a VW Polo and it only just fit!). Otherwise, you can park on the road and walk up the drive. Bear in mind there is a house that shares the driveway

Best location, quiet and peaceful. The villa was very comfortable and clean. Big and clean swimming pool. Close to agia Napa. The host gorge is very nice and helpful 👍

The house was not clean, there was Spider's web on the walls, found a snail on the wall and the inside of the bathroom sink was dirty.

Beautiful home a block from the ocean. Groceries ½ block from the house. Friendly people all around. Staff were very accommodating and wonderful. Easy access to town, walking or driving. The bus stop is very close. Quiet and beautiful. Loved it! Stayed twice as long because we loved it so much!
