Posizione buona ma necessita di essere muniti di macchina

Molto carina la villa ma spazi esterni parzialmente fruibile per presenza di escrementi di poccionin, bisognerebbe risolvere il problema

Good layout for two couples. The balconies and the outdoor rest area.

The mattresses need an upgrade. Additional tv would be appreciated. A third bathroom is desirable if more than 4 people are in the group.

The property was big and easy to stay for a big family

Upon our arrival, we immediately noticed that the pool was extremely dirty—it hadn’t been cleaned for days. We reported this to the staff right away, but unfortunately, they didn’t come to clean it until late in the afternoon the following day. As a result, we lost one of our three pool days during our stay. Additionally, about a week after our stay—and after we had already received our deposit back—we received a call from the staff claiming that we had broken a window and needed to pay for the damage. However, the window in question was already broken when we arrived. It was located in a very high and inaccessible spot in one of the three bedrooms. We did notice the damage at the time, but didn’t think to take a photo of it. Ultimately, we paid for a damage we did not cause, just to avoid further inconvenience and unnecessary hassle. Moreover, the property is heavily affected by birds, which make the entire area quite dirty with their droppings, especially around the windows (the bathroom window was the worst) and in the garden area, including the table, chairs, and pool beds

It’s was very spacious. It had a nice pool. It had a good selection of films when the internet worked.

It wasn’t exactly like the pictures. There was a pigeon problem in the area. So there was a lot of their mess around the villa. They were nested in the windows. The internet connection wasn’t brilliant. 25th & 26th Dec it went off completely. The time the children needed it the most. The iron was not safe, with live conductors visible. The ironing board was completely broken. The toaster literally set the bread on fire after 10 seconds. The blender didn’t work either.

Space for everyone and very well equipped

Absolutely nothing! Very well maintained property.

Great villa - clean and generally well maintained. Great location for us as very quiet and close to all the things we like, but a car is required. La Mer Homes were the agent and were very responsive - we would definitely book again!

The pool was liner could have done with a clean - the pool guy clearly had no energy when he attended.

The villa was very nice and pool was nice

Didn’t like all the bird poo and also dead baby birds on the floor has to clean up 3 or more times a day also we had a lot of cockroaches!! Needs a full length mirror and should have cleaning products in the villa as we had to wash outside pool area because of all the poo
