"Great Stay"

The staff were gracious and very helpful. The receptionist offered me a phone when I mentioned that I wanted to buy one. The front office staff constantly reminded us to be careful with our belongings. We were pleasantly surprised with a cake with"Enjoy Your Stay". I enjoyed the breakfast. We were entertained by sweet music of canaries and Sunda music. Loved it.

Excellent services provided by the hotel staff, especially Ivan. Thanks to him, we went to a lot of local places which served fantastic food. Housekeeping staff were also very attentive to our needs. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bandung. One thing though, get data roaming cause the WIFI doesn't work. (if you need to search for things to do / travel around in Bandung)

"Good Staff Good Stay"

The breakfast is good with two sections available to all guests; one for Indonesian cuisine and another for western cuisine. The room is not the biggest but certainly ok in size.

"Nice and comfortable hotel"

It was a nice and comfortable hotel located in the city of Bandung. The room is average (not too small and not big either) and clean with efficient furnitures. Overall my family enjoyed our stay here..

we have a surprice welcome cake and fruits.and i was upgraded from a standard room to deluxe room without any additional chargers.Breadfast with alot of variety and special.

"Average Hotel"

I stayed at this hotel after seeing high reviews in tripadvisor and was dissapointed. Service is not of high standard and hotel is very local in it's feel. If you are travelling to Bandung its better to stay at International kind of hotel which would be more pleasant.

Warm and friendly staff. We requested to convert the buffet breakfast to sahur (meal taken before dawn) as we were observing our fast/Ramadan & the hotel were accommodative. Thumbs up.

"best location nearest to pasar baru "

ok stay, so-so experience. can't really find a major fault but there was nothing outstanding either. buffet breakfast offered a fairly large selection but alas lacked on the taste level..it would have been much better for the hotel to galvanize its resources and presented a smaller but tastier buffet.
