Great place to stay, clean and friendly staff. Neareat restaurant could be a distant away, so having own transport is important.

Good hotel, good service, good food and thumb up to all Golden Flower Bandung staff to make our holiday enjoyable and fun. We been appreciated as guest by all the staff. Awesome job there guys (the staff).

The hospitality of the staff there is amicable especially from Fany, the Guest Relations Officer and Pancha. Service wise needs to buck up plus the condition of the hotel too. Kinda disappointed for choosing to stay here.

The hotel was pretty comfortable and it was good value for money. The staff were polite and helpful, especially Fany at the booking desk. However the safe in both our rooms were not working and despite calls to the hotel staff, this problem was not addressed during our entire stay! The hotel also appears to be in a run-down part of town; there were dodgy cab drivers hanging around outside the hotel and on the final day of our stay, we unfortunately got robbed just outside the hotel! Thankfully the hotel staff were helpful and miraculously we did manage to retrieve the lost belongings before leaving for the airport, saving us a lot of hassle.

Request early check in, the front desk staff then ask me to fill in the registration form and once i finished it, he informed me that they are still preparing for the room. I waited for 2 hours and i asked the front desk staff is the room not finished yet? and the front desk informed: it's already finished. sorry. i sat at sofa just beside the front desk, he supposed can informed me if the room is finished so that i dont need to wait until 2 hours. room at 1st floor facing the rood are so noisy. TIPS: choose the room facing the restaurant to avoid the noise from the road.

Room and hotel is great. Breakfast variety is ok, taste wise just ok too. Service needs some improvement in terms of efficiency. Overall is good.
