Golden Flower Hotel Bandung

Comfortable, room was clean and spacious.Staff were friendly.Varieties of food for breakfast.Nearby Pasar Baru. Will stay here again on my next visit to Bandung.

No doubt their staffs are among the best that I have experienced. From doorman, bellboy, receiptionist, roomservice, etc.. They are super friendly, sincere. Everyday the staff never failed to ask and check whether I have any issues with my room or any of their services. Room services and cleanliness are good. These show that they really take care about their customers. Plenty of good options with the breakfast. Only couple of minor issues: 1) gym facility needs to be improved with more equipments 2) No wifi in the room. However, there is always wifi at the lobby. Apart from that NO PROBLEM!! Keep up the good work....

Hotel room is spacious and cleaned, staff is courteous and very helpful. Prompt services from the conceige, reception to the restaurant..had made our stay happy and satisfactory.

Air con not working but after complained, they act fast to attend the defect. Beside air con, the switch to notify the room cleaner that my room,no 170,not to attend cleaning,was not functioning. I complaint on the matter, but they only attend air con defect. Another issue which I am not satisfied with the service is during check out. I ask the reception and wait for few minutes to find out whether any extra charged being imposed to me. When I was told that everything is ok and they tore out my credit card charged open account, I made move to depart to KartikaSari before depart to airport. About 45 minutes later, I received phone call from reception that there is charge for the extra bed. As such I told the driver to go back to the hotel to settle the extra charges. It really disappoint me on this matter.

Staff were polite and could speak decent English. Celebrated New Year's Eve over at Bandung and the hotel had a dinner party that served really yummy food. The only drawback is that the location of the hotel is pretty far from the factory outlets, and there are not much shopping hotspots around. Other than that, thumbs up for their service and quality paid! Would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Overall, it was good and it left me with a very nice impression of the hotel. There was some variety of food in the hotel for the breakfast (buffet style) and the stay was worth the money paid. The staff was very pleasant and courteous, and they try to go the extra mile for the customers. In general, the hotel is clean, the rooms are neat, and the service quality is brilliant. There are some malls nearby the hotel, and a store (Alfamart, which is something like 7-Eleven in Msia) near the hotel, thus it was convenient to get any necessities required. Pasar Baru and King's Plaza is located nearby within walking distance, but it is slightly further to go to Riau or Dago though. However, during my stay, they had some issues with the water pump, thus the water turns out to be murky (for about a day).
