The place needs updated especially the furniture. The master bed squeaked every time you sit on it or roll over, the master toilet makes such a loud noise when you flush, the tub in the hallway backs up while you are showering and nothing was said about there being 17 stair to get up stares. Never saw them in the picture. We are seniors and had problems getting up and down them.

Seit 1982 als Kind war Siesta Key mein Familienurlaubsort, jedes Jahr. Zum ersten Mal war ich auf der Bay Seite und ich kann es kaum erwarten, das wieder zu machen. Die Lage gibt einem beides Strand und Bay, dazu einen privaten Pool. Jeder der sich beschwert, sollte einmal die Pools der anderen Anlagen sehen. Und das Schönste sind die alten Bäume, Flora und Fauna rund um die Anlage und natürlicher Schatten.

Die Immobilie ist in die Jahre gekommen, die zuvor beantstandeten Probleme mit der technischen Ausstattung ist behoben alles neu. Also auch da nichts zu beantstanden.

Gehdistanz zum Strand, praktische Zimmereinteilung.

Leider mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Wir sind als (homosexuelles) Paar mit Kindern da gewesen. Wir haben bis am letzten Tag in Bettwäsche, Tüchern, auf Badezimmerböden, den sehr alten Teppichböden, laaaaaange schwarze Haare entdeckt. Wir können damit umgehen... aber es ist eigentlich recht wiederlich. Das Haus wird mit eigenem Pool angepriesen...den Pool teilt man mit andereren nich zwingend leisen Gästen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, dient aber offensichtlich als Brockenhaus für nicht mehr benötigte Utensilien des Eigentümers. Wir haben während unseres 8 tägigen Aufenthaltes weder jemenden gelesen, gehört, noch gesehen, sehr wir pressen die Zitrone bis zum trockenen bitteren Ende
