Beautiful property on Siesta Key

It was very quiet. Nice pool.

LOCATION !!!! The quiet area, solitude, great location! An area by the bay with a cozy comfortable area to sit and relax watching the boats. Close to the beach. Beach access is perfect. Nice clean and relaxing swimming pool. Close walk or bike ride to the Siesta Key village or Stickney point. Very well equipped kitchen and private laundry facilities. The owners were very attentive to any questions or needs. We will stay here again!

The 2 full bathrooms could use updates. There is also a half bath that is well updated. The carpet is probably difficult to keep clean with traffic from beach and pool.

The house was nice & close to a beautiful quiet beach. It made the little things like only one exit & a dryer that didn't work properly something that I would overlook & I would return to this property again for a stay.

The dryer did not work properly & we were expected to wash & dry the towels we used. There is only one exit & no fire escape which makes me feel unsafe in any property. The pool needs upkeep.

Great location quiet area to sit out on dock, location right across the street from beautiful Crescent beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants also. Very nice place a bit dated but clean and wonderful amenities. Would stay again!!

Good location. Convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants. Property was clean and quite well furnished.

Dryer didn’t dry towels well. Ended up taking them to a laundromat. Would have enjoyed a lanai that this property didn’t have.

Great price, great location, awesome to have access to a private beach. Plenty of room and bathrooms, full kitchen with supplies, washer and dryer in unit, view of bay.

Unit was a bit dated, master shower was pretty tight, pool was very nice but too small to share with other guests, kind of an odd smell in the unit, no blackout blinds.

location was perfect, easy access to beach and trolley but not too far to walk.

Would have liked to have a cooler to bring drinks/snacks to the beach but pleased to have chairs and umbrella available

Great location. Quiet. Laundry.

It’s fine but a bit dated. Could use a deep cleaning and paint. But it was fine. I didn’t figure out WIFI if it was available. Low water pressure in shower, not very hot water. Master bath toilet moans awhile when flushed.

It was quiet and felt very safe. Great location for me. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit.

A couple of the lights didn’t seem to work, and the shower faucet in the master bath couldn’t be adjusted to a warm temperature- it was either cold or hot. When I tried to move it to warm the water pressure disappeared. It was not a problem for me- I just used the shower in the other bathroom.
