Location great and relaxing

The villa needs a refresh.. everything is tired..cut my foot on the outdoor table as it rusted to bits. ..I would say that if the owner stayed in a place like hers she would complain..it just needs a revamp..great location and very pretty location.. updates needed.

"Beautiful lokacation i Siesta Key"

The house is perfectly located. It’s just a short walk to the beach, where sun loungers were available. The beach itself is absolutely beautiful. The town is also nearby, with easy access to a bus stop offering free departures several times throughout the day. It’s especially lovely to sit by the water along the canal and enjoy a morning coffee.

The beds were a bit worn, and the overall furniture and interior felt slightly dated, but everything was functional and it worked perfectly fine for us during the five days we stayed. The swimming pool we didn`t use, because it didn`t look så clean. But who needs a pool when you have access to the finest beach.

-A/C vent made too much noise to use large bedroom near living room. -linen closet door (right side) in main bathroom needs adjustment as could not open -shower in main bathroom does not drain quickly

The location is excellent - very convenient and close to the beach. The area is beautiful and perfect for enjoying Siesta Key.

The furniture and appliances feel quite worn. The biggest issue was the bedding and towels - they are very old and noticeably worn out. Updating the bed linens and towels would significantly improve the overall feeling of cleanliness and comfort. Guests are asked to wash the towels, but it seems some previous guests may not have washed them properly. The sofas also did not feel very clean, which made it less comfortable to relax.
