So spacious, very clean, very responsive host, lovely place to stay. 5 mins walk to marina rubicon.

Ruime villa, op loopafstand van het strand en de boulevard. Bij aankomst een heel uitgebreid welkomstpakket met eten en drinken! Villa zag er netjes uit met een fijne tuin met zwembad (nog wel te koud in februari).

De vloeren waren niet heel schoon (sanitair, keuken etc wel), de wasmachine heeft schimmel aan de binnenzijde. Hoofdkussens waren erg plat/klein(we hebben extra van ongebruikte bedden gebruikt). Bij aankomst ontbrak het kinderbedje en stoel maar deze werden binnen een half uur gebracht, heel fijn!

Apartment is beautiful. Very clean and location is very good. Complimentary in appointment is surprise (milk, wine, ham cheese, bread, coffee, tea, juice, breakfast cereal) you have everything to rest after long flight. Cleaning staff is very helpful and we can leave our suitcases inside until apartment is ready for us. Bed is very comfortable. Very recommend.

Property in great position as only 10 minutes walk to the marina with plenty of restaurants and food shops. Good size property with full kitchen. Pool and sunbeds plus outdoor table and chairs.

The only blip was that nobody had left a key in the key safe. However, a quick WhatsApp and the door was opened remotely - to find the keys on the table inside. And there was quite a bit of noise during the day as a property two doors away was having major refurbishment - but we were out in the day and I assume the work will soon be completed.

The property was in a great location- I wanted to be near to the Marina. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Given that the property doesn’t have air con, it would be helpful to have lined curtains in the lounge to keep that cooler in the day-time. A pair of large scissors in the kitchen would be useful.

Great apartment, very spacious and clean, excellent pool area, lots of nice touches (like the welcome pack with bread, cheese, wine, crisps etc), close to nice beach and restaurants.

Unfortunately there was building work happening in the apartment next door and it was very noisy, this was not the fault of the apartment owner but was very annoying and loud. Hopefully this will only be short term.

Great location, off street parking, well equipped, clean.

No air conditioning, pool not heated, no spare bedding.
