Villas Yaiza

Great location only a short walk away from a shopping centre, restaurants and beautiful beach Playa Dorada. We also liked the efficiency of the house, it was practical. Thank you for the welcome gifts in the fridge.

There was a construction going on one house down which was extremely noisy and annoying. The filtration system of our pool was kind of not functioning properly and it was buzzing so we kept turning it off as the pool was being barely cleaned (only our pool had the issue.)

La villa está muy bien decorada. La zona de piscina es muy bonita. Buen detalle de bienvenida por parte de la inmobiliaria, ya que te proporcionan material de desayuno (zumo de naranja, café soluble, manzanilla, té, margarina, pan de molde, galletas, patatas fritas, botella de vino, fiambre, queso..)

La televisión no funcionaba bien. Apenas de veía algún canal. Reportamos a la inmobiliaria del problema y enviaron a su personal de mantenimiento. Pero el problema parecía ser de la antena comunitaria.

Fantastic quiet location just a 5 minute walk to Marina Rubicon. Lots of restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. Villa was great for the 2 of us. Added bonus was the swimming pool. A generous welcome pack was provided too, so if you were arriving late, you didn't need to worry about rushing to the supermarket.

Nothing really, but some of the villa furniture could do with an upgrade and there were only enough sun loungers and chairs outside for 4 people when the villa accommodates 6.
