Villas Yaiza

Villa and Location were great. Easy walking distance to marina with shops and resturants.

Cooler temprature at night could have done with a blanket for bed.

Location: 2 minutes walk from Marina Rubicon. Kitchen: fully equipped. Living / dining area: spacious.

Bedding: the quilts felt old and worn, definitely need replacing. Kitchen appliances: Having stacked the dishwasher before leaving the villa - I was surprised to receive a demand for 'damages payment' - seemingly for the microwave plate - this was NOT damaged, quite the opposite it as stacked to be cleaned and placed back in the microwave by cleaning staff.

The villa was very spacious and had everything that you needed for your stay. It was extremely clean both inside and out. The welcome pack was superb one of the best we've ever had. The villa is very close to plenty of restaurants, shops and a lovely marina. The walk into the older part of Playa Blanca on the coastal path is flat and easy walking but takes a good 20-30 mins. We had a lovely time there Thank you

A shortage of toilet rolls, and a spare kitchen bin liner would have been helpful.

Ubicación buen y fácil aparacamiento. Muy espacioso, con equipamiento suficiente. La limpieza era correcta. Productos de bienvenida: agua, leche, pan de molde, infusiones... genial el detalle

Las ventanas cierran mal, no hay bomba de frío calor. Algún día fresco de invierno se echa de menos. El desagüe de un lavabo estaba semiatascado, no había jabón y champú en los dispensadores de los baños. Los edredones que hay guardados en los armarios estaban bastante sucios.

The location was great. Just beside the marina, markets are on Wednesday and Saturdays. Had a washing machine, always a bonus.

Water pressure in shower was very poor
