Excellent location only 200m from the beach and stones throw from restaurans. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was really good. Laundry available was a nice thing to have.

Staff disponibile per ogni esigenza h24, con possibilità di organizzare escursioni direttamente in reception. Per pulizia camera e cambio biancheria basta chiedere in qualsiasi momento. Colazione ottima e con frutta fresca. Posizione della struttura vicinissima ad una splendida spiaggia e a molti locali, ristoranti ecc. Nelle vicinanze c'è anche un atm e un market.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti e non hanno mai rifatto o pulito le camere. Al momento del pagamento con carta di credito hanno provato ad aggiungere una commissione del 3.5%

Comfortable, quiet, pleasant dipping pool, quick walk to the beach. That was great as you can enjoy the beach and it’s “chaos”, then retreat into serenity to watch the crows or wait for the monkey procession. Nice that there are many local eateries in one direction and the touristic beach food and activities the other direction.

Es una muy buena opción para unos días de relax y actividades en las playas de Trincomaalee. Están mejorando el hotel y están muy pendientes de ayudar y de mejorar, por lo que es un gusto estar alojado aquí. La piscina que acaban de inaugurar es un lujo y hace más fresquito que en la playa. Los equipamientos son muy buenos, por encima de la media de los demás hoteles que hemos visitado en esta isla. Te preguntan cada día que pueden hacer en la habitación, así que no dudéis en proponerles lo que necesitéis

As you might have seen , most hotels with pools in trinco have bad reviews. This one is the exception ! Staff is kind , pool is clean , breakfast is good and the rooms are both , large , and clean ! Even the bathrooms are clean and not smelly !! Big thumbs up ! Another important info : it is a huge benefit to have a hotel close to the beach , because EVERYTHING (Diving , restaurants , bars ....) is on the beach !

The laundry service could be improved. Clothing was still moist , not ironed or folded. For 1000.- / kilo , that is a bit underwhelming , and we could have done that by ourselves in the sink / shower.

Great location as it is a few minutes from the beach a lot of restaurants. Breakfast was lovely and varied each day. Staff helped in booking tours and transportation. Room was basic but did the job.

We felt it was a little overpriced for what it is.
