Villa Santana

The location was fabulous, only 10 mins walk from amenities. The villa was well equipped and the pool area was a real bonus. Adar was great and was able to support us with any problems. We had a great family holiday.

There was only air conditioning in the main bedroom which was not great but Adar managed to get us extra fans to help. The beds and bedding could have been much better with flat sheets along with duvets. There was some kind of mites in the kitchen worktops and cupboards so no food items could be left out, I had to buy zipped bags or put everything in the fridge. This was extremely disappointing. The fridge also was poor, it was up at the highest but didn’t seem as cold as it should have been. The shower in the pool room also flooded the floor every time it was used so needs updated, and the shower curtain in the main bathroom also needed updated.

The property was in a great location. It was really quiet at night, And A short walk to the restaurants, beach etc. the beds were comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. A fabulous welcome pack was left for us. Lots of clean towels available.

Nothing. All was good.

The villa is in a great location like I've said before, not over looked and a private large swimming. Not heated.

I have stayed at this villa many times and it how tired, the double bed linen didn't fit the poor quality double mattress so by the end of two weeks we was ready for home, the microwave turntable didn't work, overgrown weeds all along the garden area, and the pool had not been cleaned on arrival 😑.

Excellent location. Lovely and spacious outdoor area. Pool Excellent. Had to pay for it heated. But worth it. Plenty towels. Lovely quiet area

Furniture not very comfortable. Wifi doesn't work in other separate room outside.

Code for lock box sent week before arrival along with directions. Directions easy to follow. Welcome basket containing tea/coffee/milk/bread/snacks on arrival was great. Really helped as we got in late and had kids with us. Lovely gesture. Villa was very clean, in a quiet area. Easy walk into resort. Any questions answered by villa manager very quickly.

Location

The villa is in an excellent location with a fantastic layout, two good sized bedrooms within the main house and a separate third room with its own toilet and shower. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The laundry area is great, with washing lines and plenty of pegs to dry things. The pool area has loads of room with 5 sun loungers and plenty of options to sit in either sun or shade whatever time of day. Adar is very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Lots of books and games provided. No pool toys provided, so we bought some which we left for the next guests.

While the actual villa is excellent, the furnishings appear to be getting a little tired, for example, the bed pillows could do with being replaced and the seat cushions on the outside furniture are well past their best. Nothing to spoil our stay, though, and I feel the price we paid for our stay was very fair.
