There is a need to get an expert chef for the preparation, quality, service and presentation of food, especially as it has a multi cuisine menu. It will add even greater value to an already friendly, welcoming n warm environment.

The bungalows were large and very clean. The staff were friendly.

No warm water in the showers.

Clean, spacious and lovely staff to compliment the rooms which were individual bungalows. Pool was a welcome addition as was the late check out after an early safari

Riesige Bungalows, sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöner, gepflegter Pool, gutes Frühstück.

Zwar sein Geld wert, aber doch vergleichsweise teuer.

Room and bathroom were so spacious, plenty of room to unpack our suitcases. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries and a hairdryer. Room was beautifully decorated and we had table and chairs out the front to enjoy the morning/evening. Pool was well maintained and the perfect temperature to cool off at the end of the day. The staff organised a full day safari for us that was fantastic- highly recommend leaving the organising to them. They also provided a packed breakfast with no worries of our vegetarian diet. We ate at the accomodation after a day of safari and while it was more expensive than other dinners we have had it was delicious and part of the price Loews on convenience. Highly recommend, all staff were so kind and helpful.
