Lovely 1BR Secondary suite with Separate entrance

Nice quiet area. Comfortable bed.

More mugs, plates would be useful. Basin needs a plug.

The owner was very nice! The process was very user-friendly.

The property met our expectations. The suite was well maintained, nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Hair/body shampoo was of excellent quality. It is located in a residential street with little traffic and parking was easy in front of the house. The price was reasonable. So, it checked all the main boxes for us.

It is a basement suite, and therefore there is little natural light. There was noise coming from the upper level during one of the nights; overall, nothing excessive thought. A couple of other utensils in the kitchen would be handy, such as a brush and a dish towel to help doing the dishes (as there is no dishwasher).
