Vip Villas - Caleta Dorada

it was in a good location for walking into colleta every night, it was also positioned so that we got the sun almost all day long by the pool.

it was directly in the flight path of the islands airport, so quite alot of air traffic passing overhead.

Well presented, friendly staff

The villa was very comfortable and private,we had everything we needed. Housekeeping staff from the main hotel were so friendly and came most days to clean. A gentleman cleaned the pool daily. It was lovely for a family break.

Unfortunately one of the children who was disabled couldn't access the games room in the basement,though everywhere else was accessible.

The pool area floor was very dirty so our feet were constantly dirty and meant dirt was taken into the villa.

Nothing it was nightmare from the start to the end

The villa was disgusting I wouldn't of let my dog sit on them sofas. The second villa I had to pay extra to be moved the pool needed a good clean. It was full of ants and couldn't sleep in the double bedroom it was horrible the smell of damp

I wasn’t expecting a cleaning service so I was pleasantly surprised to have it cleaned every second day and the pool cleaned on the days between

There was no BBQ and no pool que’s for the pool table but it did not spoil the stay

The privacy that came with the villa and was so relaxing

Plastic outside furniture and jacuzzi was unusable
