The dirty pool area, No water in the upstairs sink, Bedrooms filthy Badly needs TLC 😭 so disappointing

Pool lovely ,Heated .Good location. Heating good.

No pool towels ,extra pillows and blankets as was cold..

The location was good from strip. My mother has osteoarthritis & was able to walk down but got a taxi back up for bout e4. Villa is fine but with some money spent on it, it could be lovely. We enjoyed our stay there, but it just could be so much better with some tlc. Also, we had some ants in our bedroom. I put down some tea tree oil & that sorted them out.

When we arrived, there was no cleaning done downstairs, 1 mattress was left up on top of another & the dirt of it, we had to buy towels for mattress because you couldn't sleep on it. After a call to the company, they were in with a base within an hr & half & the next day, the cleaners were in & i got a msg to ask where we were satisfied. Our next-door neighbours were broken into on their 1st night during the night & and called us to let us know, we were OK, though. Just be mindful of locking doors & keeping valuables with you. Also, water pressure upstairs is awful. The toilet flush is fine, but the bath/ shower & sink is very low. There were 7 of us & all had to use the downstairs shower. The pool temperature was lovely for Jan, but again, outside could do with some attention.

I liked nothing the property is a disgrace totally misleading and a health hazard, house is full of mould and certainly doesn’t look like it is advertised

Location and heated pool

Lack of plastic cups and plates for poolside. Uncomfortable beds. Water pressure in showers
